NadiShastras provides completely digital services. We do not ship any physical products. All our Nadi leaf readings are conducted virtually through video calls, and any accompanying materials (such as digital copies of relevant palm leaf excerpts or summary reports) are delivered electronically via email.

Return and Refund Policy

Since we provide personalized spiritual consultation services, our sessions cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we are committed to your satisfaction:

• If technical issues prevent the completion of your session, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
• If you are unsatisfied with the quality of service provided, please contact us within 7 days of your session to discuss resolution options.
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be offered at our discretion for genuine service issues.

How Sessions Are Delivered

Your Nadi leaf reading experience is delivered entirely through digital means:

• Video Consultation: Your reading session is conducted live via video call, scheduled at your convenience.
• Digital Materials: Any supporting documents, palm leaf images, or summary reports are sent to your email address.
• Recording Option: Upon request and with your consent, session recordings can be provided digitally for your future reference.
• Follow-up Materials: Any additional insights or clarifications are shared via email.
