By accessing the Platform and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which constitute your agreement with the Platform Owner.

5. Service Charges and Payments
Our service operates in two distinct phases:
Phase 1: Leaf Finding
- A nominal initial payment for priority leaf finding service
- If your leaf is found and verified, you proceed to Phase 2
- If your leaf is not found, you receive a 100% refund
Phase 2: Full Reading Session
- Charges apply only after your leaf is successfully found
- Pricing varies based on your specific Nadi tradition and reading requirements
- Complete reading includes all 14 chapters, personalized guidance, and audio recording
- Our team will discuss the exact pricing with you after your leaf is confirmed
All applicable fees must be paid as stated. You will be charged only upon confirmation and delivery of services.
6. Third-Party Links
We may provide links for informational purposes. These are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Indian law. Any dispute shall be subject to courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us for any breach or legal violations committed by you using our services.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to causes beyond our control.
10. Consent to Engage
By using this Platform, you legally engage with our services and agree to our terms.
